This site is dedicated to the memory of Isabella De Carteret.
Isabella Rose De Carteret was born into heaven at the Princess Elizabeth Hospital in Guernsey on August 29th of 2012 at 12.10pm. Our beautiful baby bella passed away after her short and undetected battle of Full trisomy 18. She is much loved and will always be remembered by all of the people's lives she touched in the short time she was with us.
